We're 29th in the Sunday Times Top 100 UK Not for Profits 2020
We are delighted to announce that our group has placed 29th in the Sunday Times list of 100 Best Not for Profit Organisations to Work For in 2020.
Our parent company Inspire North won the prestigious award for being a great place to work, with high levels of engagement and investment in employees.
Our commitment was also recognised with the Sunday Times Special Learning & Development Award. This award is presented to the company in the Top 100 that champions employee learning and development, supporting employees to achieve their personal goals as well as those of the organisation.
Ruth Kettle, CEO of Inspire North, said: “This is a phenomenal achievement in the first full year after our merger, and both confirms and reaffirms our commitment to providing an outstanding place to work for our employees.
“As an organisation we lead with our values – people, passion, integrity and collaboration. Our ethos puts people first – both our clients and employees.
“This award is for all of us. It is testament to the hard work of everyone in the last 12 months, and I am so proud of each and every one of our employees. It’s all about the team work.”
Inspire North was formed in 2018 following the merger of Community Links and Foundation, two long-established charities providing mental health and housing support in the north of England. Inspire North is a 2** Best Company with Investors in People accreditation. We are also Stonewall Diversity Champions and a Living Wage Employer.
